Our philosophy of Connecting, Communicating and Collaborating, is at the heart of everything we do, and is represented in our intertwined 3 C’s logo.
By adopting this philosophy our members naturally work together, doing the right thing for the right reasons.
From experience, we also knew that to do this in a traditional corporate environment is not as simple as it sounds. Conflicting pressures can all too often make it a difficult maxim to follow;
The demands of stakeholders, the need to meet corporate targets, generate income
for hundreds or often, thousands of staff, compete in a hierarchical model, - all
of these pressures too often lead to decisions being made which conflict with the
real needs of the client.
There is however a new type of organisation starting to emerge - where collaboration
on a global scale is starting to make these sort of behaviours look increasingly
anachronistic.
This is the plainTalk Alliance way of working.
