For many successful small and medium enterprises (SMEs) employing an IT Director or a Chief Information Officer (CIO) is seen as a luxury they can’t afford. You follow a sensible “lean and mean” model of business. You operate on tight budgets to get the job done. Contribution to the bottom line is key – and during the recession you may have even had to shed some of your senior IT positions. In reality the work’s still there and it ends up with you or one of your other directors taking on the load of managing the IT, with perhaps an IT manager dealing with day to day operations. Our IT Flex Support service was designed with small to medium size business in mind.
It provides access to a senior CIO/IT Director on a pay as you use basis. All our
CIO Partner’s have a minimum of 15 years “hands on”experience in the IT sector, deep
business acumen and expertise, and have managed their way through a downturn or two.
The beauty of the flex concept is that you’re not committed to paying for a full
time CIO or IT Director. Our CIO Partner will assess the situation as part of an
initial one day -
