About us
At the start of 2009, the founders of the plainTalk Alliance, asked a simple question
-
How can we harness the abilities, energy, commitment and enthusiasm of the best of breed small companies to deliver a new generation of business and technology services...
Over the last twenty five years or so, the pattern, broadly speaking, has been that large, wealthy companies have paid ever increasing fees for the largest consulting firms and system integrators, whilst smaller companies made use of more cost effective niche consultancies, independent contractors and IT suppliers.
We believed that the time was right to create a model that combined the best of both worlds, ie the agility, speed, quality of service and affordability of the niche player along with the security, breadth and depth of service of the larger firm.
Our Goal
Is to build, in conjunction with our member firms a global network of high performing
micro-companies, that, enabled by new technologies and a smarter way of working,
can share knowledge, collateral, capabilities, risks, investments and rewards in
an equitable and fair fashion.
Where being a business partner within the plainTalk Alliance enables member firms to deliver a broad range of end to end business and technology services to their clients, confident in the knowledge that other member firms share the same values in terms of quality, customer service and cost effectiveness as their own company and the alliance as a whole.
